Speech gauges the character's ability to talk his way out of situations. It is improved by talking to people and successful persuasions. As a result, a good speaker can settle many conflicts before they even arise, haggle better or disconcert a foe he wouldn't be able to overcome in combat.
You get Speech perk points at every fourth level up. |
Progression[]
Speech experience is gained by:
- Haggling - 2% (approx.) per successful haggle.
- Dialog - 0.5% (approx.) per unheard dialog option. Dialog already heard does not grant experience.
Strategies[]
Haggling will grant experience even if the result is the same price you would have gotten without haggling.
